“This place is great. Competitive pricing and better service and customer appreciation than the big box stores. The owner of this location is fabulous the stuff is all very knowledgeable and always willing to help. Plus they have such a fun variety of animals to choose from. We have a bearded dragon and their blue hornworms are the best ones in town. Love this store. Stopped by again today and always greeted and asked if I need any help. I love that I don't have to go out seeki g for help like I do at other stores.”
“Friendly, professional, and so good with my little doggies! Freddie made sure to earn my dogs trust before she took them from me and was able to grind their nails. One of my dogs has protested in the past and sometimes doesn't allow anyone to do it. So I was so grateful that Freddie helped my dog feel safe and earned her trust.”
“The pricing here is better than Cal Ranch right down the road. I bought two rabbit bottles and they were sturdy and well made. They were around 7.49. At Cal Ranch they were 12 or 14 dollars and less quality plastic. The rabbit feed was also less. IFA offers a membership that has some benefits also that may be of interest to someone choosing between the two. I like this store and the staff was friendly just like in Spanish fork. I recommend either location. There are a LOT of items to choose from and appear high quality. Cheers!”

“This is hands down my favorite pet store. The staff is so knowledgeable and approachable, and I trust the selected brands. There’s a large selection of raw food which can be hard to find. They’ve offered to order items they didn’t have in store or have it transferred from their other location if needed. I’m so happy I live nearby!”

“I just want to thank Lyndzee and her team for the great customer service I received at the Saratoga location. I had accidentally purchased 2 50lb bags of dog food online and my pup decided she didn't like it anymore. I had 1 bag still in the shipping box. When I returned it I was told their return policy is 30 days. Well this was 60 or more days out. They not only allowed me to return it for some dog treats they also gifted me a small bag of their brand (4health) of puppy food to try. Which my dog loves, so we will be back. “They had a special where you buy food and you get a dog/cat treat. They usually have everything that we need there. And I just found out that they have an auto delivery function which raised my star rating from normal to high, especially with that promo which made us really happy before we went on vacation.”
“The treat selection/cookie bar always puts Petco ahead of PetSmart when shopping fo th pups! Even though one of my pups is so picky I still really enjoy picking bout biscuits for her to try.
This location was nice and clean and the staff was friendly to me and my pup, and I was able to find what I was looking for. Of course the prices are higher than what I would like them to be or what they might be online, but that is unavoidable these days. I got what I needed to groom my pups at home and they look great. I hope to start giving haircuts to other dogs too.”

Thanks to these delicious little snacks, my wife and I have been able to train our cockapoo, Bear, several tricks. His favorite being a wave and a high five for a freeze-dried beef liver bite. Because the Pupford treats have such a low calorie amount and minimal ingredients, we felt much better about giving our little friend a reward more often :)
