“This is a wonderful place to take your fur babies for a bath. Tubs are nice and big, water is warm, verity of shampoo and conditioner options. They provide nice clean towels and the blow dryer work great. Only thing they can add to improve is having some deshedding tools and brushes. Other than that, you will be happy at this place. (Besides you will have dog hair all over you from your dog lol)”

“This place was awesome! We took our dog in for a bath today and the man running the store was the most helpful person ever! He made sure we were taken care of before we started our dog’s bath, and the pet wash station was also very impressive. Shampoos, conditioners, a dryer and any brush/tool you need were ready and available. We will be back for sure! (Despite our dog’s dismay.?)”

“Friendly, professional, and so good with my little doggies! Freddie made sure to earn my dogs trust before she took them from me and was able to grind their nails. One of my dogs has protested in the past and sometimes doesn't allow anyone to do it. So I was so grateful that Freddie helped my dog feel safe and earned her trust.”
“Animal Ark is perfect if you want to adopt a pet! The animals are well taken care of and quite friendly. There are so many different and diverse animals, and the employees will help you every step of the way. They need a raise for how kind and knowledgeable they are, they kinda make you feel stupid by how uneducated the population is on animals.I found two kittens, which were siblings, and played with them even though glass separated us :( they had fun and were play-fighting after that.After exploring a bit through the shop, I found a small sign that read, "Children left unattended will be sold as pets," I quickly realized why I heard high-pitched SCREAMS in the backrooms where the door said "Employees Only"... I am very concerned and advise that children should be accompanied by an adult so no one sells their souls. I also think that a certified law enforcement agent should interview the manager to put an end to this vile act. I might be traumatized...We came here to find a kindergarten classroom pet that would be easy to manage. We wanted it to be a bit small so it wouldn't take up too much room and not smelly. We decided on a bearded dragon and asked if it'd be a good fit. Apparently, the bearded dragons were babies and needed a 40-gallon tank. An experienced caretaker suggested a water animal. I saw some young axolotls and wanted to adopt one. The worker helped us find the right food, plants, and tank for it, as well as the cleaning supplies. We went on our way with a baby axolotl friend thanks to the wonderful people working at Animal Ark.Fave stars!”
“Bought 10 African cichlids sizes 3-4.5in young adult males. This was my first time ever ordering fish online and having them delivered I was very skeptical. Had a minor hiccup with my order due to fish size and stocking, nothing they couldn’t help resolve. I am so impressed with their customer service and support that alone made me a lifetime customer. When the fish arrived they were all healthy and just as they described colors were beautiful can’t wait till they are full grown! I waited a few weeks to write a review and my fish are thriving and love their new home. Highly recommend. ?”
“The crew here is always so friendly, and I do enjoy shopping here. I mostly come here for dog food even though I'm not a farmer their dog food has helped my dogs maintain a healthy lifestyle. Parking is always awesome and like I said the employees are super nice. The only reason why I'm not giving it five stars is because the pricing for almost everything else is a little expensive, but I get it why it is. It's a tough market out there and it's good quality stuff!”

“I was impressed on how helpful the service is. There were a few people working throughout the store and easy to find. I needed help and the worker took me to the isle where the products was and helped me find exactly what I was looking for he showed me multiple products and was knowledgeable about each one or he faked it pretty good. I would give this place a 8/10.”
“My German shepherd LOVES the bully taffy. She'll do anything to get her paw on these. If I try and just give her one she lets me know that's not going to happen lol. I sent some to my friends dog and he'll pretend like he has to go potty so she'll give him one. Our dogs give these a zillion paws up!!”

“These guys are great; we always buy our Fromm brand food here for our fur baby. They are always friendly, and it's quick and easy to get in and out of this compared to the other Pet Stores. They have a great variety of high-quality foods for people who care about their pets, and it's nice to support a local business. I have yet to try the baths, but they are always busy and always look clean.”

“Pet store # 5 for the weekend. My daughter's beta didn't make it through the weekend and she wanted a new friend. Here is where she found her new friend. They had one of the largest selections of beta fish. And the selection of "other" fish was pretty impressive. The young man working in the fish section was very knowledgeable and very patient with my daughter and her line up of potential new fish. When my daughter final found "the one" he also helped select tears and food for her buddy. The other employees we encountered we very helpful and friendly. Over all a pleasant experience.”

I was very emotional and she helped me get a carrier and set it up as I was driving from salt lake city to Los Angeles. I can't thank her enough for her help. She deserves a raise and a promotion. “This is a great location. This Petco is becoming well staffed, whom are extremely kind and friendly. We appreciate you, however, we do often find spilled food under the isle shelves, and crickets jumping around.”
“I prefer petsmart for their prices and their options as well. They have more options in store and online than petco could ever. The animals cages are clean, and they always have food in their cages for the right animals as well. Saff is friendly and always love seeing my dog. I've gotten dog beds to treats, and clothes. The clothes fit a bit too snug for him, (size M) but that always depends on who has made the clothes. The toys are amazing, it takes him a bit to destroy them. And the treats are healthy for the most part.”
“When you can find an employee, they are helpful and friendly! I ordered an online order. I needed help taking it out to my car, and they were more than happy to help me, and did not complain at all. Helpful staff with a friendly demeanor.”
