I didn't remember any of my passwords for anything because my phone was fried from being dropped in the ocean, and wouldn't turn on..
BEN helped me with everything!!!
He was soooo chill about everything!
He ended up helping me for 3 hours!!!
And made sure I was comfortable and we joked and had fun the whole time!!
Highly recommend asking for BEN help with buying/training in a new phone!
He even sat with me and helped me set up my new phone and changing carriers!
