“The staff here is always friendly, and even when there’s a line, they keep things moving pretty quickly. I also love that they have two self-service kiosks for Amazon and other returns, it makes dropping things off incredibly easy and usually takes just a minute or two. Definitely one of the more convenient UPS Store locations I’ve used!”
“I had a print job that I needed to get done within 2 hours. I called into the print shop and spoke with an associate who told me to come on over and that she would be able to get the job done in about 20 minutes or so. Once I checked in, she had the job completed in about 5 minutes. Amazing service and friendly people.”
“Post Mart is a fantastic mailing provider! They also have same day delivery to the MTC in Provo. So for parents and family with missionaries being trained in the MTC they are a great way to get packages to your beloved missionaries!!! Great prices i might add plus they sell candy for you to add some last minute sweets to your package to your missionary. Super nice staff and each time we went it was a great experience! On most days you have to have the MTC package at Post Mart before 2:30pm, they only deliver once a day to the MTC and in most cases the package is in your missionary's mailbox by 4pm.”

“I had a great experience at the FedEx location in Orem. I really appreciated the quick service — I was able to walk in, drop off my package, and walk out without any delays or interruptions. The process was smooth and efficient.
The only drawback was the store hours. When I stopped by the night before, it was already closed, which was earlier than some other FedEx locations I’ve used. I ended up coming back the next morning. Other than that, it was a positive and convenient experience.”
“Just wanted to give Bryce front the printing department a shout-out. This booklet was a hefty project for my university class, and Bryce’s great customer service gave me peace of mind while printing it. Bryce was very knowledgeable and kind while answering my MANY questions, and was patient with me while I had technical difficulties getting my documents off my computer. Bryce had helpful suggestions during the whole process. He’s a great employee! The printing department at the Orem Staples is lucky to have Bryce.
However, the cashier (probably a supervisor) likely in his mid 50s, eye glasses, salt and pepper hair and beard, and a tall & slim build— was NOT as stellar at customer service. He processed my Amazon return and didn’t speak a word to me. After, I asked, “do you know when I’ll get a confirmation email?”, to which he sneered, “why would I have any idea about that?” as he walked away. But, I couldn’t help noticing this cashier was much friendlier to the 5 or so middle-aged, male customers that came after me also returning packages. Does he have a grudge against young women?
Plus, I could smell his body odor (B.O.) from across the cash register, and his red t-shirt looked dirty.”

“We use this center for receipt of live animals (reptiles) shipped to us for our business. They are quick and friendly when we go in and more speaking to FedEx Live Animal delivery than just the local center the animals have been in perfect health. We love using this service.”
“Their postal service even late night was incredible. I was able to slide a package through their Dropbox. It was a pair of jeans that I was trying to fit and though it was tough it worked. I got it through! USPS should have a bigger Dropbox though”

But closed on Saturday, not even open for a small window like other POs. But open until 6pm on weekdays, 30 minutes later than other locations!”
