“Great store! Super efficient, fast service with smart AND courteous employees. I was lucky to have Netanya helping me sort out QR codes and packages with such kind and expert skill one recent day when I had a big bunch of packages. I wondered how it'd all be shipped correctly but Netanya was focused and calm and obviously well trained. So much so, that I asked if her boss was there so I could share my gratitude. When Melissa came over, I recognized Melissa as one who helped me with extra care a different day. While I'm at this, I'd like to also compliment a tall, blonde fellow w curlish hair that has been outstanding too. I appreciate them all! Bravo TEAM. Maureen S”
“I had a print job that I needed to get done within 2 hours. I called into the print shop and spoke with an associate who told me to come on over and that she would be able to get the job done in about 20 minutes or so. Once I checked in, she had the job completed in about 5 minutes. Amazing service and friendly people.”
“Post Mart is a fantastic mailing provider! They also have same day delivery to the MTC in Provo. So for parents and family with missionaries being trained in the MTC they are a great way to get packages to your beloved missionaries!!! Great prices i might add plus they sell candy for you to add some last minute sweets to your package to your missionary. Super nice staff and each time we went it was a great experience! On most days you have to have the MTC package at Post Mart before 2:30pm, they only deliver once a day to the MTC and in most cases the package is in your missionary's mailbox by 4pm.”
“I wasn't sure how to get a digital copy of a document I needed and the employees there were so helpful. One of the employees scanned my documents for me and and then made sure they were working for me. I will go to FedEx Printer center for my needs because it is so nice that customer service still exists!! Thank you, FedEx!”

“The post office staff here were very professional and courteous, I mailed my package here because the other Orem location on center street is closed on Saturdays so it is nice to know that this one is open from 9am to 1 pm on that day. So thank you for the kind and professional service that you rendered to me yesterday!”

But closed on Saturday, not even open for a small window like other POs. But open until 6pm on weekdays, 30 minutes later than other locations!”
