“I’ve always loved Runners Corner for running shoes, but this past weekend I took my 87-year-old father in to try some shoes that would help with balance and allow his feet to feel the ground more. He’s been wearing some very cushy new balance and tried hookers, but hated them. One of the first things that they ask my dad was his shoe size and then suggested he go up a half size to allow his toes to not be squished as much. I think after wearing the same size shoe for the last 80 years that was a little different for him but once he started trying on shoes, I think he started to appreciate the half size bigger.
They had such a fantastic selection, we must’ve tried on six or seven different shoes across four different brands and found a pair that he really liked. He was able to walk around and test them and make sure they were the right fit.
The woman that helped us was fantastic, very patient, and very knowledgeable. I believe he told me that the last pair of shoes he bought was at Big five and this was a totally different experience for him and he loved it.
The pair we ended up liking the most happened to be on sale online and they price matched, which was awesome! The only unfortunate thing is they didn’t have the color my father wanted, but they were able to order it for him. I love the knowledgeable, helpful, patient staff that works there. Thanks for helping me and my dad!”

There is always a good variety of shoes, particularly in the men's section (both of my favorite brands, Puma's and Adidas, are always in stock), which is clean and well organized to make it very easy to find what you are looking for. The staff is incredibly helpful and always williyto answer any questions. The manager Tracy was able to address any sizing concerns I had, helping ensure I was able to find what I needed.
