“We have purchased from TTOD for the past 5 years for our school musical. They are super easy to work with, very prompt, create great designs, and have fabulous customer service!”
“Im new to running and am not your traditional runner. I went in to have my feet scanned to determine what shoe would be best for me. The staff was incredible and super friendly / helpful. I got lined up with an amazing new shoe. Thank you.”
“I’ve always loved Runners Corner for running shoes, but this past weekend I took my 87-year-old father in to try some shoes that would help with balance and allow his feet to feel the ground more. He’s been wearing some very cushy new balance and tried hookers, but hated them. One of the first things that they ask my dad was his shoe size and then suggested he go up a half size to allow his toes to not be squished as much. I think after wearing the same size shoe for the last 80 years that was a little different for him but once he started trying on shoes, I think he started to appreciate the half size bigger. They had such a fantastic selection, we must’ve tried on six or seven different shoes across four different brands and found a pair that he really liked. He was able to walk around and test them and make sure they were the right fit. The woman that helped us was fantastic, very patient, and very knowledgeable. I believe he told me that the last pair of shoes he bought was at Big five and this was a totally different experience for him and he loved it. The pair we ended up liking the most happened to be on sale online and they price matched, which was awesome! The only unfortunate thing is they didn’t have the color my father wanted, but they were able to order it for him. I love the knowledgeable, helpful, patient staff that works there. Thanks for helping me and my dad!”
“Trail at ProLook has been incredible as my account representative. He always answers my questions quickly, sends samples right away, and even responds on weekends. That level of service is hard to find. My customers from Fielding Athletics are loving the product, and the best part about using ProLook is that the uniforms consistently arrive quicker than estimated. The quality is amazing every time. Highly recommend working with Trail and the ProLook team!”
“Extremely friendly and helpful company. Jeffrey and the rest of the crew helped me out so much. I’m extremely grateful for their advice and for their time.”
“We had the most amazing experience setting up this basketball hoop. The manufacturing and engineering is the best. Have more fun showing friends and family how this hoop works and how it came together. I’ll make sure to add a picture later, but this is an amazing company and amazing product!!!”
“I havent been skating for years and decided to check this place out and make a purchase. Their prices were good and they have a big selection to choose from. Floor level is skateboard stuff and basement is snowboard stuff. Staff are nice and not overly intrusive.”
“From the minute you walk into Mountainworks you can feel that this store will be a different climbing and mountaineering gear buying experience than you will get at a big box or national store. The employees are always friendly and excited to talk to you about climbing no matter what your experience level in the sport is.But the thing that really sets Mountainworks apart in my mind is the individual service you will receive, and the knowledge the employees have about climbing gear, and local climbing areas. From trying on shoes to get the right fit, to hanging in a harness to see the difference between how they feel, they will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your purchase and that your purchase is right for you. They usually have the inside scoop about the newest climbing areas in the area as well, so that’s worth asking about when you visit.Plan to spend some time just talking while you are there. Great store, great gear selection, great people.”
“Had to run inside to grab a few things on the way to my husband's baseball game. They had everything he needed and were doing a 20% off sale for Father's Day. We found some steals in their clearance section as well. Small, but likely has what you need at a better price than Dicks.”
“I have been impressed to find that prices somewhat lower than online on many Items that I bought, and the Staff was Friendly and knowledgeable in both the locations I have used the Payson store and American Fork, At the Payson Store where I purchased My Bow I was able to shoot at Their Range any Time while My Bow was on Layaway.”
“This place is a wonderful shop to get your scouting needs. The staff are all experienced scouters with tons of ideas and they are all helpful in gathering anything you need.”
“Bryce is a great shop owner and very knowledgeable as to which arsenal you ought to use given the parameters you ask or tell him. He is thorough in making sure your ball is fitted to your liking and he gets the job done quickly. I’m glad I found this place. Highly recommended to anyone and every bowling skill levels!”
“If you’re looking to get some gear for paint-balling, I recommend these guys. Super easy to work with, flexible and accommodating. They are helping me get supplies for a large group at a reunion. I definitely recommend these guys & will be back to support them in the future!”
“I’be been a competitive cyclist for the last 25 years and have been using DNA CYCLING for our team kits for 11 years since I’ve moved to Austin Texas. I have experience with using several other cycling clothing manufacturers and the DNA CYCLING apparel is the best I’ve ever used. Their garments are the highest quality, fit great, very comfortable, great longevity and durability, and made in Italy. The team at DNA is very flexible and always gets our team exactly what we need to be successful. I highly recommend using DNA CYCLING for your next team kit order or purchasing some of the hippiest, most stylish cycling clothing available off their website.”
“My boys are trying fall season of lacrosse. Storm Lacrosse made it easy for us the rent the gear they need to play the season to see if they enjoy it enough to buy their own next time. They have appointments you can set up on line before you come in and they will fit your player with the gear and pay the fee your done till turn in day. Staff was very friendly! Thanks!”
“I went there today to pick up a pair of Reef sneakers and a pair of sandals. The gal who was at the front desk was amazing. She was very friendly, helpful and even helped me use my account to get the best deal possible. Five stars to her. Give the girl a raise!”
“Great guys, I went in to the store with some on going issues with my driver and within 30 minutes the rep continued making adjustments and eventually got my shot back on alignment.”
“The folks at American Playground were great to work with. I purchased an AJ Landmark trampoline at their recommendation. It is super solid. We had a trampoline that lasted 20 years and this looks like it is just as well built. It was delivered by their friendly driver on Monday night, I assembled it by myself in an hour on Tuesday, and on Tuesday night the kids were having a dance party on it. :)”
“Zeroed-In Tactical is a great FFL to use, and I would highly recommend them. The storage fee is one of the lowest in the area and Kyle the owner is both friendly and professional, with lots of experience having worked at local gun shops in the past.”
“Recently explored purchasing some new fishing waders. Casey in the fishing department (Orem store) went the extra mile to help me out. Casey also took a couple calls from me a week after my purchase to answer some additional questions that came up. I felt taken care of from both a pricing and customer service standpoint.”
“Always an excellent experience at this location. There is always a good variety of shoes, particularly in the men's section (both of my favorite brands, Puma's and Adidas, are always in stock), which is clean and well organized to make it very easy to find what you are looking for. The staff is incredibly helpful and always williyto answer any questions. The manager Tracy was able to address any sizing concerns I had, helping ensure I was able to find what I needed. Will definitely shop here for shoes in the future.”
“These guys are the best! They have amazing gear that is reasonably priced! The protection they have for kids is by far superior to anything else out there! Customer service is awesome...they really take care of you! Everything we have fits true to form and is comfortable to wear!”
“Very nice place, it shares the space with an indoor baseball spot. Selection is small but great! The workers were super nice even letting me try out some boards in the parking lot to get a feel! Super friendly!”
“I bought a hat today from the Orem location in the University mall. Smitty helped me and he did a great job. He talked to my son about basketball. He asked him who’s the greatest of all time Michael Jordan or LeBron James? We had a great conversation and I just thought he did a great job talking to everyone who came in the store. I watched him talk to every single kid that walked in. I think that is a Lost skill for stores like this. Often times the people working just ignore customers. But both of the guys that were working in the store did a good job of talking to everyone who came in. I ended . I think that is a Lost skill for stores like this. “Haley was such a darling young lady. I really appreciate the help at the front. She was so helpful and helped me find what I was looking for… big 5 is a good store.”
“Most brand name shoes available. Great selection and they have clearance items for a great price. I usually start there and they don't have the type of shoe I'm looking for, I branch out. They usually have a deal if you buy 2 or 3 shoes you get the next one 50% off. Or similar. Most shoes I've bought here last years!”
“This is the greatest pawnshop found in Utah. Customer service? Incredible. I ain't a big pawner but I do like lookin at stuff. I always know I can trust the work they've been doing here. If I could pawn my kidney I would. Pawn the other? Thats too far. But overall this is a wonderful pawnshop.”
