“Aaron’s Elite did a great job in my Honda Pilot. I needed some new struts and shocks and they did a great job. “About a year ago I purchased a CFMOTO from them. For the first six months it performed flawlessly, but then it started having trouble starting without a jump. Over the next few months, the electrical issues became progressively worse. I eventually tested the charging system and found it was producing over 17.5 volts while running instead of the expected ~14.5 volts. The overcharging caused the battery to stop charging properly, the speakers to crackle, the electronic brake to malfunction, and the onboard computer to reboot every minute or two.
I took the machine to Young Powersports, and they quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed voltage regulator. They submitted the warranty claim, and CFMOTO approved the repair. Unfortunately, the replacement part was on backorder with an estimated arrival months away. Between the manufacturer restocking the part and shipping it to the dealership, I was looking at being without my machine for nearly four months—right in the middle of the season I had bought it for.
This is where Young Powersports showed me what real customer service looks like.
Instead of telling me there was nothing they could do and asking me to wait, they pulled a brand-new machine off their showroom floor, removed the voltage regulator from it, and installed it in mine. From the moment they decided to make it right until the time I picked up my machine was only a few hours.
When my youngest daughter and I arrived to pick it up, multiple team members came over to personally apologize for what had happened. They understood something that too many businesses today have forgotten: while the failure wasn't their fault, taking care of the customer was absolutely their responsibility. They owned the experience from start to finish.
What began as an incredibly frustrating end to a difficult week turned into one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. They didn't just say they stand behind what they sell—they proved it through their actions.
Anyone can sell you a machine. The real test is what happens when something goes wrong. Young Powersports passed that test with flying colors. They've earned my trust, my future business, and my highest recommendation. Lifetime customer.”
