“Never have been to your place. I’m new here from Southern California. So I was looking forward to checking out the shop this weekend, drove out 45 minutes on back roads from the avenues in Salt Lake. Was planning on it and was really looking forward to it. On Google it was Green “Open” said was open till 5pm ended up showing up finally, was a few mins after 3 and to find out that it was closed. Even the hours on the store says it’s open till five. I ended up calling the shop while I was in the parking lot and on a recorded message said because it’s Saturday we close at three. I really wish you guys would update to let people know what time you close on Saturdays.”

“This review is long overdue my apologies to Bryan Ellison and the crew at West Valley. My son is a student athlete at the U and I'm located in So cal. We needed to find a local reliable and honest body shop to fix his truck. Unfortunately, a yellow parking post jumped infront of the truck in the Wallmart parking lot. Luckily fellow Ute fan recommended I reach out to Bryan, they ensured me he would get things taken care of. I emailed Bryan and he quickly replied. Long story short, Bryan and Tonya handled all the communication with our Insurance co and my son. The got the truck in quickly and repaired. The body work was outstanding, they even called to clear a little extra paint repair the truck needed. Everyone went above and beyond. Thank you very much from So Cal!!! Go Utes.”

“I never been to this place before, no need to. Yesterday I received a call from a friend and his friend was in need of help, one of his farming equipment needed a doctor well since it was Sunday and i got the call around 8 pm and by the time i removed the part nothing was open, well i work on cars trucks etc, I dont work on farm equipment after spending what it seemed like a few billion years, when in reality was only 4 hours i came to a dead end so the guy I'm helping asked me to go to PBC, he already had called ahead of me, when i got there they jumped on it WOW i was impressed on how they value their customers and I'm not easily impressed, I seen a dog driving a car and I wasnt impressed. OK maybe im exaggerating just a bit but you get the point.”

“I brought my car in earlier during the summer I needed to have something done. Every other shop was quoting me over $1000 because they said that the entire bumper had to come off had to all come apart all the stuff and I already know a little bit about bodywork. All I wanted was a spot repair on the bumper so that when I took the car in the following week to have my clear bra on the bumper put on, it was good the shop did exactly what I asked them to do great job exactly the timeframe they said it would take dropped it off in the morning picked it up in the early afternoon. I highly recommend them I need to get something else done to my car and I am going to go to them to get a price on Monday And I’m hoping that it’s something where I can drop my car off to them before I head out to Florida to visit family for Thanksgiving and then I can pick it back up from them when I get back the following week”

I went to 5 different places to get estimates, his was by far the cheapest, and had the quickest turn around rate, AND it’s still under warranty.He got it fixed in three days, other places were quoting us 2-3 weeks.Admittedly, I was a little nervous, I had gotten my previous car repaired at Unique Auto Body after an accident, and there was issues with the paint not matching up. He is always willing to go out of his way to answer questions, address concerns, and ultimately make sure the customer is satisfied.When my repairs were done, some of the body lines were misaligned. I pointed this out and Chris immediately got my car back into the shop and got it adjusted until I was satisfied. If I were to ever need body repairs again, I would absolutely go back. The prices are cheaper than somewhere like Caliber Collision, but the quality of the work is just as good, if not better than, Caliber Collisions.”

The people at Auto Body Express and Car Sales were honest with their estimate and far cheaper than alternatives in the area ($850 compared to the $2250 estimate for the same work at Higgins Body and Paint). “Hands down the best customer service I have dealt with in years. During December they did 12 days of Christmas. I was fortunate enough to be one of the people that met up with them. And when I did I was super excited to see that I had gotten a gift card. To my surprise I was trying to order an intake (now February). Upon further inspection, there was actually a expiration date on the coupon. I reached out to IE on their Facebook page and explained the situation. Without hesitation they looked into it and opened the option for me to use the coupon. They 100% didn't need to do that for me as it was my mess up. 5 out of 5 for their customer service.
