When they don’t list a specific part in their system they go out of their way to look online to cross reference the specific item and if they don’t have it they help you figure out a way to make do with what they have in stock. I had a caliper mounting bolt fall out and they didn’t have a listing for one so the lady took my poorly described description over the phone of what I was looking for and got me on the right path. I removed the second mounting bolt to reference in store and found a bolt they had in store to fix my caliper. You go to their competitors and they don’t know what to do if they don’t have something. “We had our transmission replaced by Hyundai that was purchased from LKQ, The transmission failed literally a couple of weeks after the warranty with less than half the miles on it as well. There is zero willingness to help. Would never purchase anything from them again and definitely wouldn't trust anything they rebuild or refurbish.
Edit: LKQ reached out to me and after realizing I was fed false information, LKQ worked with us to get the issue fixed and replaced the transmission as well as helped on the labor. Appreciate it!”
