“Convenient with several self check out stations, but so busy, its not enuff. Though the prices can be more than a typical superstore, which isn't too far away. Parking is brutal here usually.”

“I have recently changed from Smiths to a home delivery on me that is connected with my insurance. It does save me money but it is so frustrating that I’m about ready to pay more and go back to Smiths. Smiths always kept me taken care of, even with my prescriptions that require my to call because they can’t refill them automatically they would call or send a text when they were getting close to refill time and just say you might want to call us. Holly and Camron and Nik are amazing oh you can’t for get Brook either. Even though it’s been a year when I go to the counter for help with OTC stuff they call me by name and ask how I’m doing. I don’t know why so many bad reviews because after years of using them I never had any of the problems they describe.”

“I recently went to this location on Tuesday evening as my daughter’s birthday was Wednesday. I had worked all day and was extremely exhausted and had went to multiple stores looking for balloons for her only to be told everywhere was out of helium. I went to this location and seeing a beautiful arrangement of balloons, but there were more than I needed and the cost was more than I was looking to spend as my daughter is only five years old and we were already having her a party this weekend. I normally don’t complain about people in their bad attitudes towards the end of the evening because I don’t know what kind of day they’ve had, but because I have had two interactions with the same worker. I felt the need to speak with the manager when I entered the store, I seen the balloon arrangement, realized it was more than what I was looking for and was looking for something a little less expensive before I could even finish my sentence the girl who is always working at the self checkout line, cuts me off before I can even finish my sentence and tells me no I cannot separate the balloons because they are a bundle so then I ask her if Someone can please help me blow up a balloon or two and again she cuts me off and tells me that they are out of helium and that nobody can help me. Again, if this was not my second encounter with her being so rude to me, I would not even mention it, but I did want to think the manager on duty that night I went up to her, explained my situation and I think she could see how flustered I was and just wanted so badly to get my little girl some balloons without paying an arm and a leg . She kindly told me that because of the situation she was willing to separate the bundle and allowed me to purchase the balloons separately saving me about half the cost. I cannot thank her enough for her kindness. I wasn’t looking to cause any problems. I was just trying to get home after a long day. I really hope that this reaches Smith’s management department so that the gal working the self checkout line. Tuesday evening will be spoke to about the way she treats people because again this is not the first time she has been completely rude to me.”
