“Great experience with velox! We moved homes and had them drop a box off to fill at our own pace. The day of the move, the box was picked up and dropped off at our new home and we were able to unload over the next few days. Highly recommend.”

“I highly, highly recommend Simplex Storage! My parents are moving on a very short timeline and my family has been juggling a lot of logistics that come with a lot of stress. In the past I had a terrible experience with a different company so I was very hesitant about using another storage company, and wanted to make sure my parents would be in good hands. Simplex Storage has renewed my faith in people in this industry. I called a lot of companies and did a lot of research on storage companies in the area and Simplex Storage surpassed all the other companies by far on all accounts. I worked with Samantha and Danielle, who went above and beyond in helping my family and me out. They are honest and incredibly helpful, and run this place so well. If you need a place to store your things and want to make sure you’ll be treated well and are in good hands, I highly recommend Simplex Storage.”

“The service here is amazing! It’s been a while since I went with this facility but the employees here are exceptional! Long story short, my husband and I had to store our broke down vehicle for a month while I went back to Washington and my husband went back to Oklahoma to his duty station. We attempted to drive our truck to Oklahoma and broke down and couldn’t find a way to get it back home in time. They kept in contact with me and were able to work with me when it came time for my freight team, tow truck and locksmith to come pick up the truck while I was still in Washington. They all collaborated and worked together and kept me in the loop. They were amazing! Thank you so much. Amazing staff!”

“I recently rented a unit at Watchdog Self Storage. The facilities look clean and well maintained. I especially appreciated the time and effort Debbie invested to help me determine the best type and size of unit to rent for my circumstances. She shared some important points to consider to safely pack the unit and protect my belongings, as well as insurance considerations. She was friendly and cheerful as we worked through the process. So far, this has been a great experience.”

“We are The BiCs Fellowship, our BiCs moniker stands for Brothers-in-Chains/Brothers-in-Christ. We are a tax-event Association. We are so grateful for Provo Self Storage, especially for Austin and his wife, living on site, giving us that extra portion of calm reassurance that our items are safe and secure. Finally, whenever we have had problems with our account out the unit itself they bend over backwards to find solutions rather than excuses. We have been associated with Provo Self Storage for many years, cumulatively speaking. As long as they continue to exceed our expectations for a fair price and reasonable rules, why would we go anywhere else? We will not, they are the best!”

“I personally want to thank A Side Self Storage, and especially Tanner, for the kindness and understanding they showed me during a very difficult time. I was recently in the hospital dealing with some serious medical circumstances that completely disrupted my life and made it difficult for me to stay on top of things. During that time, Tanner was incredibly polite, patient, and understanding of my situation. He made numerous attempts to reach me and, rather than simply letting my account fall further behind, he took the time to work with me and help find a solution. Tanner went above and beyond by helping waive certain fees and making sure my storage unit didn’t end up in collections or, worse, being auctioned off. That level of compassion and understanding meant more to me than I can really put into words. A Side Self Storage is fortunate to have someone like Tanner representing their company. When someone is going through a difficult period, having a person treat you with patience, respect, and genuine understanding makes a huge difference. Thank you, Tanner, and thank you to A Side Self Storage. I truly appreciate everything you did for me.”

“I attempted to reserve a unit online, and proceeded to fill out the rental documentation online. Doing all this gave me a unit, as well as an access code. After a cross country move, we arrived at the facility on Monday afternoon to begin unloading into the storage unit, and found that my access code did not work. We attempted to call a couple of numbers posted, and eventually texted someone who told us we would need to come in tomorrow to resolve this situation and get a new code. This forced us to extend our uhaul rental and movers with all the associated fees. Amber at the facility was helpful, and said that someone would reach out to help us and discuss options to fix our inconvenience, and they were willing to cover our costs by offering a free month of storage.”

“It is small and more affordable and in a ok location off i15. I do feel it could use some upkeep from bugs, spiders and mice easily get into the units. So make sure no food is stored and when you get your stuff out to keep eye out in unit for remnant of these so you can make sure you don't bring home any unwanted guest.”

“Springville Self Storage WEST has been so wonderful to work with! KC helped us identify the right units for us, and we were able to use both a climate controlled unit and a regular street access unit. Both served their purposes perfectly and held onto our stuff for a couple years while we worked out of state. Thank you guys, you made this such an stress-free step of our move!”
