“I transitioned to burn after years of CrossFit and self guided workouts. My wife started burn a year before and after seeing her gains I decided to try it out. The workouts are as intense as you want to make them if you are in great shape or they can be modified as much as needed if you are just starting out.

The community is the other aspect of burn. Once past college with full time jobs and kids it is not as easy to make new friends. Burn has provided a community to meet other like minded individuals. Our kids have made friends with other burn kids. As I write this we are on our way to a spartan race with ~15 friends made from burn. If you are considering trying it out I fully recommend!”

“I have enjoyed going to 212 for about the past year. I started with several personal training sessions and then moved onto the group classes. I enjoy the "family" feel of the gym and the instructors. I still have a long way to go to reach my health goals but I appreciate a great place to work out. “Been going to the gym since June and have loved it. The coach's are great and the people & atmosphere are very welcoming. I had never done CrossFit before and was nervous about going, but the gym is a great place to start. Workouts are scaled so you can be a beginner or an Olympic athlete! Everyone can get something out of it. The gym has great schedule options if your life is busy. I've been able to go to classes at 7am, 9 am, noon, 5pm and 6pm.”

“I absolutely love coming to work out at Burn. I came here 2 months postpartum and very out of shape. I was sooo nervous but the amazing trainers show you how to modify an exercise which was incredibly helpful for a beginner. I have been coming here for 7 months now and I feel so strong! I feel great, I’ve lost 20 pounds and it helps my overall mood. I love Push & Pull and leg day! Those are my fav :) I am constantly surprising myself by how much I can do! I have done many workout programs but I haven’t been as dedicated to something as Burn. It’s so motivating and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to become healthier.”

“I absolutely love Shred415! I am someone who is really motivated by instructor-lead class workouts, and Shred415 checks all the boxes. It’s so fun and I feel amazing after each session.

I book Shred415 classes through ClassPass at least twice a week. One of my favorite instructors is Annie – she’s vibrant, bubbly, and brings such great energy to every class. I especially love how she calls me out by name when I’m doing well – it keeps me motivated and feeling seen!

Shred415 always gets me sweating and smiling. Highly recommended!”
