“Edit: order somehow shipped out the day after my review below happened which means it was only 1 day late after the 3 week lead time. Also received a refund for shipping cost. Felt like they handled the situation pretty well after I contacted them. Changing to 4 starsOriginal:Great prices, but terrible service. I ordered two small parts for a Ridgid planer. 3 weeks later, the ship date came and went. When I called for an update, he said it was bumped out another 2 weeks. I told him to cancel it and he confirmed it was cancelled. I immediately ordered parts from Ebay and Amazon instead. 15min later I get an email from ereplacementparts that the order could not be cancelled so now I'm on the hook for everything. Thankfully Amazon and Ebay are very flexible with their cancellation/return policy.”
