“1Wire is a great choice for my company. The versatile methods of communication are excellent. Web phone, desk phone, a business app that can be used on your cell phone, and electronic faxing from your secure email are fantastic features. These services allow my staff and me to communicate to our patients in a variety of ways, regardless if we are in-office or working from home. The staff at 1Wire are quick to answer questions. We have utilized their services for a few years now, and the handful of times I have had to call in, I know each person from previous calls. The company keeps employees long-term. My only complaint is the online web phone. Even with the app downloaded to my computer, you still need to change the settings to your liking every time you sign in. For some reason, 1Wire's software is not designed to permanently save options. Other than that, I would recommend this business who is looking for multiple communication options.”
