We even call and talk with them about what would be best for us because they help us more than people online and people in california. Fernando has been with us from the beginning and Utah and we've always worked with him unless he hasn't been there and even when he's not there the other people in the store have been incredible. We cannot say enough good about this incredible team at this store. They have your best interest in mind and will tell you how to best save money and what plans would truly be the best for you. “I really like to give 7-Eleven 5-stars whenever it's deserved, and the only reason that this one got four was because of the Bud light delivery truck, that pulled up in the middle of the day at a very busy time and blocked in myself and about three other vehicles because of the way the parking is set up at this particular store... In my experience, most 7-Elevens have a manager that is smart enough, intuitive enough, to have his delivery truck show up sometime around midnight, or definitely at some point when business is not heavier than usual. Other than the extreme inconvenience of having to try to maneuver my vehicle around an 18-wheeler just to leave the parking lot, the store was as expected and the clerk here was very polite and courteous. He even genuinely asked me how my day was, and complimented my attire!”

I needed a new phone plan and Dylan helped me switch services, set everything up including auto pay, and test my phone to be sure it made calls, etc. Such a difference from my previous service and their customer service and tech support!”
