I came in with my friend who has an account with America First to approve a check I was signing over to Riley my friend and Sarah mentioned that if I opened an account with them that I would be given $150.00 and little did she know how badly I needed to open up a new account so it was meant to be! She was so thorough and offered me all the other options and was so detailed but most of all so personable and soooo kind! I felt so grateful for how she went through all the perks available to me and her customer service skills are top tier! I truly want to thank her from the bottom of my heart! She is ONE OF A KIND!”

On day 2, Lorena was running a little behind schedule (20 min, no big deal). “I want to take a moment to share my thoughts about the Wells Fargo staff at this location.
I have been dealing with a unique situation and the staff at this location, specifically Stephanie, the branch manager, and Elisabeth H., the universal banker, have worked tirelessly on my issue from day one with five-star service. They could have easily instructed me to call a number to get in touch with the department in charge, but instead, they maintained constant communication with me, stayed past closing time, and took ownership of the issue and made it feel like it was their sole mission to ensure everything is resolved. Both Stephanie and Elisabeth deserve to be recognized for going above and beyond which, I believe, is difficult to find these days.
So to all those looking for a Wells Fargo location that is clean, comfortable, and staffed by an amazing team, look no further than this branch!
