Crystal Housekeeper said no and kept working with me. She even followed up with me the next day to make sure I was well taken care of. The branch manager also stayed late to help me. Not only did they stay late but they were genuinely invested in providing me with the best options taking time to answer questions and getting me the most savings. I have never experienced this type of customer services anywhere. I knew they really cared and wanted to provide the best options for their customers.
