I have been a member for my entire life and have actively used them for 99% of all my loans, CC's etc. for my adult life. They are the best in the business. “I had to deposit two ee series savings bonds. I do this each month and often I have difficulty in cashing them because the tellers have not had enough experience in processing these bonds. On Monday I was greeted immediately by a very smiling young woman which was a good sign for me as a lot of times tellers will avoid eye contact with senior citizens and I experience this often but not that day. She was very pleasant and knew exactly how to process my bonds and was very fast in giving me my receipt and telling me to have a wonderful rest of my day. She was great and sure helps me want to come to MACU to cash these bonds as I am a member of multiple credit unions and now for sure MACU for more money needs. Sorry I did not catch her name but she was fantastic!”

“There is a bank at the end of my street. There is a credit union just around the corner. I don’t know how many banking institutions there are in downtown SLC. But I ride the bus down to DFCU. Often. Since 2008. I bank in person whenever I can. My friends work at this branch. They treat me as if I belong. If there’s a line behind me they show some hustle. Otherwise they talk to me about more than just dollar signs. I live in a retirement and disability home, and I always recommend the team at this DFCU location. Thank you Olivia Hernandez, and everybody at the downtown branch.”

Customer service is a huge deal to me. I have always been a loyal customer of Security Service Federal Credit Union until I met Amber! She took the time and effort to get to know me and recognize my needs. She took the time to talk to me about the auto loan options and credit card perks, and direct me to Karina. Karina was kind, thorough, and quick at getting my auto loan completed before the dealership closed. Then she completed my credit card application in no time as well. Karina even went as far as helping me do a balance transfer from my other credit cards to my new Golden West credit card so I could utilize the promotion they had available. I usually use the drive-thru, which is wonderful because it is just the right height for me in my suv. My only complaint is that when I have to come inside, it is hard to stand around to wait for my turn at the windows. I have used the chairs that are in the lobby area, but sometimes they are full, or I will loose my place in line. I know these items are very minor, but you wanted to know my feelings.”
