“Aaron’s Elite did a great job in my Honda Pilot. I needed some new struts and shocks and they did a great job. Also, when my brakes were still being noisy after the fact, Aaron had me bring them in to take a look. Turns out it was my rotors and my break pads are not getting along. “I have nothing but AMAZING things to say about Caliber. For reference im a college student, and been here TWICE now. So my first accident which involved my jeep, was about 4 months ago, the front of my car got hit while i was with family. The person who hit me managed to bend my license plate and break the bracket holding my license plate off. I went to a couple different places for estimates and ended up choosing Caliber. They were incredibly knowledgeable, and thorough. The process of getting an estimate of repairs was detailed, asked questions, showed me what i was looking at, gave me an 2 different options for repairs, one being cheaper. Even brought me a new license plate to replace my broken one. I mainly worked with Tab, however the front receptionist lady was super nice and helpful.
Second accident, I got rear ended near walmart(in a toyota camry). Without a doubt, I went with Caliber, after my first experience being great. I went through insurance and they helped me with the insurance process, and my rental car process. I worked mainly with Tab and he was nothing but helpful and clear.
My cars always looked fantastic whenever i picked up from them. Could not be more grateful!”

“I was on my way to our church girls camp when a chunk of metal found its way into my tire and it flattened. Miraculously I was around the corner from Hyrum tire. It wasn’t fixable and they didn’t have my exact tire but they were so kind and helpful! They put on my spare and sent me in the direction of other tire stores. I feel so blessed the unwelcome event happened near their business!”

I was able to replace my brake pads and rotors at a small fraction of the price another mechanic asked. (The strange thing is that the other mechanic also has a very high Google rating).

I will say, they are more expensive as far as their labor goes, but they back their work with a warranty, are very professional, keep a clean shop, and communicate very effectively.
I had an AC issue and they were able to locate the problem quickly and when it had another issue they gave me a loaner car for free so I wasnt without a car.
Overall happy with my experience.”
“Got a used SUV here and the whole thing was simple. No pressure, no weird sales push, just showed me a few options and let me test drive what I wanted. The trade-in process was easy too, they gave me a fair number on my old car and applied it right away. Financing took maybe an hour to sort out. Drove home same day. If you're looking at their inventory online, the vehicles under ten thousand section is worth checking, found mine there and it runs great so far.”

“My niece just arrived from Ohio to attend USU and was unfortunately involved in a hit-and-run while parked at Walmart in Logan. Shame on the driver who left the scene after ripping the front bumper off the car! After getting the bumper temporarily reattached with duct tape and zip ties so she could safely operate her car, I recommended to my niece and her parents that she take it to a body shop to have it repaired with appropriate fasteners and to ensure no other damage lurked underneath.
