“I can’t say enough good things about Big O Tires in Providence. Chad Williamson took great care of our Sequoia and was incredibly honest throughout the entire process.
We were originally quoted around $2,500 because it looked like the control arms needed to be replaced. After taking a closer look, Chad found that only the ball joints needed replacing. They could have easily done the more expensive repair that we had already approved, but instead they did only what was actually needed and saved us about $1,000.
It’s hard to find that kind of honesty and integrity these days. Excellent customer service, quality work, and people you can truly trust. I highly recommend Chad Williamson, Hunter Reese, and the entire team at Big O Tires in Providence, Ut.”
“Master Mechanic may make mistakes just like any other shop, but their management is where they shine the most for me. They are responsible and honest and have been a great help when navigating a difficult issue that came up with my vehicle.”
“THEY HAVE NEW MANAGEMENT! The previous people that ran the shop were totally inept. The current guys are fast, efficient, and have work piled high. I almost didn't want to write this review, as I feel it is the best little secret in town, yet at the same time I didn't want anyone thinking ill of them. Give them a try~they also have towing available.
Edit: My husband previously worked there, with the old management (tim) and left due to all the previous complaints. This past year, we have taken two of our vehicles there and had them repaired more than efficiently. They do not push parts, charge a very fair price, and the shop is now run by Marines. If you love America, you'll take your car to Burris.

“I always go here these are great guys they do a really good job and are out front with you on everything so that's where I go! I was even able I was even able to send my wife there! They took great care of her.”
