“My checking account was fraudulently opened and we were concerned that they might be able to get in my checking as well as my savings account. Robin and Debbie at the bank did a fantastic job. They froze my account. They took care of everything and stopped. Any chance that I would lose money..
Their efforts and resolve made it so that I did not lose any money from the scam and they set up all my accounts new so that I would be able to go ahead and continue banking with no problems. I can’t say thank you enough. If they would’ve been delayed or would’ve waited, I could’ve lost several thousand dollars, but no they jumped right on it and took good care of me and my family and I appreciate the support and dedication that they have shown me.
