“i am 81, I still have all of my facilities, but occasionally need help. I bank at the Harrison Blvd Bank in Ogden , Ut. opened an account and recently added a Saving account. I want to commend the Manager and the Customer Service Manager. Daisia Arana. She has helped in so many ways. Never seems to be bothered if I have a problem. She always has a smile and explains things to me in a helpful way.The Manager always makes you feel like she is glad to see you. I cannot say enough about them. Seniors if you need a bank. Consider this one.”

“I went into Ascent credit union to open a new account because I was fed up with the financial institution that I have been doing business with. I didn’t realize at the time that Ascent CU only had a few branches, otherwise I probably would have switched before now. I can remember a time when my previous CU was small with only a hand full of branches,. The one on one customer service that you would receive, almost felt like family. This is exactly the way Kaden at Ascent CU made me feel. The Roy branch was warm and inviting, and I was able to open my account, have all my questions answered and be on my way all in about 15 minutes. Way to go Kaden and the Ascent team. I highly recommend them to anybody that misses the personalized customer service of yesterday.”

“I came to this Bank approximately 5 years ago. It was the first Credit Union I have had since getting a divorce. I was pleasantly helped by a man. Mario, he helped me with opening a checking account and a savings account. To the current day I know if I have any issues I can go to him and he won't answer any questions I have or help fix any problems I have. He is truly an asset to mountain America and I have referred six people to open account there and all six have never had any problems. I am happy with this Bank in their service. “Savannah was absolutely wonderful. My card expired last month I only recently moved to utah, so the new card was sent to an old address in another state. I needed to quickly withdraw some cash for rent and Savannah immediately helped my get the money I needed and also expedited a new card to be delivered to my updated address. Great service, everything was fast and efficient and the tellers were extremely kind!!”
