“Low pressure sales, high value product. I mean, you spend a third of your life asleep. The guys here really take their time to let you try out as many beds as possible without pressuring you to get the bigger or more expensive model. They take the time to understand what you need, how much you're willing to spend, and find something for you. It took my husband and I almost an hour to figure out which bed we wanted and the sales guy never got annoyed or rushed us. There were 2 other people in the store who were also taking their time trying out different models and seeing how it felt on their side verses on their back.... No one was rushed. No one was urged to pick this or that one. They really care whether you fall in love with what you get.”

He put the washer thru it's paces for us and was so helpful in loading the truck we were in and getting the washer strapped down. Owner showed up while we were loading and was making sure we were well taken care of. Have been using the washer for a week now and works wonderfully. Both men made sure to let us know if there is a problem to let them know. Will buy there again when needed.”
