“I've had 7 posters framed here and they have done an amazing job each time. We ran into a color matching issue because I was trying to frame new posters to match one I had previously gotten done there, but the frames were slightly different colors. They were so helpful and reframed the original poster to match the others. John, Patti, and everyone else who works there are so nice and I would recommend this place to anyone who wants great quality framing. I would give them 6 stars if I could. If you need anything framed, this is the place to go!”

“I love the look of the outdoor house lights you can get here. You can get custom length of strands and with the massive variety of bulbs you can create some cool lighting for your house. That's only one of there departments. They have more decor and accoutrements than I could find time to even look at. Really cool store.”
“Walked in to look at beds because my wife and I have been struggling with good sleep. I have sleep apnea and I'm sure she does as well. I don't remember how long it has been since I've had a decent night of rest with the apnea, back arthritis and other aches. Masa really took good care of us and took time to understand our needs and concerns. We are walked out after purchasing a new bed with an adjustable bed frame. Can't wait for it to arrive next week. “Lowes has been my source for tools, hardware, and other supplies for several years now. I've never had trouble finding what I needed, and was always able to find staff that could answer my questions.
Prices are reasonable, and the store itself is well maintained and logically organized.
The one somewhat negative experience I ever had was a couple years ago. It was February, and a large snowstorm was expected to blow in that night. Since I was running low on ice melt, I stopped in to pick up a fresh bag. When I had trouble finding any, one of the employees told me that the manager had shipped almost all of it away for storage to make room for summer supplies. Only a handful of bags were in the back, and they were all beat up and leaking. I had to drive home holding the best of the remaining bags in my lap to keep it from spilling all over the car. I understand the need for a retail location to have the next season's merchandise up early. But sundries like that should be kept on hand for the season they're needed in.
I have noticed that the front end staff at the cash registers and main customer service desks are undertrained. They can run a register, and sign you up for services well enough. But they don't have the knowledge, support, or authorization to actually deal with any sort of issue.
If Lowes were to increase front end training and do a better job of stocking seasonal sundries, they could have earned that fifth star.”
“Everyone is super kind. Love the decorations and how there are completed designs to give you an idea of how to make them look. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I would love more kits for more complex decorations, and just more options in general. Still highly recommend.”
