She went above and beyond by helping me when I called the store thinking I was missing something from what I bought in store today. She pulled receipts & video & even sent it to me. She was so amazing and deserves a raise! She has excellent customer service and communication skills! What a fun store! I will definitely be back and I hope management gives Evelyn the biggest raise ever for going above and beyond!”
“It's my favorite Ross out of all the Ross's around my location they have the biggest clothing selection which is my main reason for going there but they could use new employees at this location because the employees they have now are all around rude and disrespectful act like they hate their job they do not care about customer service and you might as well forget about asking anyone for help because you will get nothing but attitude I have gone there all hours of the day morning noon and night and all of the employees act the same.”
