“5 stars solely for the customer service! I just came in to look for some cookware and I believe it was Kaylen ? (Not sure how his name is spelled) who helped me out, big shoutout to him! It was maybe some of the best customer service I've experienced! He was super kind and knowledgeable and gave me the whole rundown on all the products! Genuinely such a nice dude and had a good experience even though I didn't end up finding what I wanted. For cookware it's not the most budget friendly, but it's probably because they're mostly high quality and long lasting.”
“Brieanna was absolutely fantastic. She made us feel comfortable and went over everything down to the smallest detail! She brought samples for us to choose our new look and it was nice having an interior designer to talk to rather than a contractor. She really knows her stuff and I highly recommend re-bath for the job!”
“Since the time I had bought and installed The Proline Range Hood, have been extremely satisfied, with suction of the food cooking aroma. “I like the way my countertop looks and they were very efficient with the install. However, the communication was not great. The installers were late, and I was the one that had to call to see where they were at. Scheduled are busy and I like people to be there in the time frame given. I also had to call them, a couple times, to get the install scheduled. More communication please!!!”

“Alright. Im a "dumb girl" who could knit you a sweater, but home repair has been a bit out of my wheelhouse. Husbands a trucker, who is also going to school and the mans tired. Lol so when our sink broke i pulled up my huggies and dismantled the broken bits, and went on a hunt for parts. Lowes, home depot, and ace all said "no, you cant replace just that part, you have to buy a whole new [insert technical names i dont care to remember], that will be $$$."
That didnt make sense, and im on a budget...but my sink drain does date back to the 80s so i couldnt rule out the idea that the size i was looking for had "aged out".
One trip to standard plumbing, and $10 later my sink is fixed, no more flooded cabinet. I didnt catch his name but the guy at the plumbing center desk, who told me the guys at the other store were just trying to upsell me, and found what i needed is my hero. Thanks my guy :)”

“We highly recommend Vision Mirror & Shower Door! Julie in the front office was just great! She set everything up and got Troy to come out and measure and eventually manufacture and install three mirrors. He is so very good at what he does! The mirrors turned out fantastic and look great! If you need mirrors or shower surrounds(they installed a beautiful frameless shower several years ago) call Vision. They are great!”

I think they know their parts in general better than the staff at Sprinkler Supply. If you have something that you need help with go there. I use all of the sprinklers stores professionally but I feel like sprinkler world is my go-to when I have something really weird or need something out of the ordinary.”

Discouraged we started to look for carpet and were referred to Pro Source by our next door neighbor getting her basement done also. Shane was our first contact, listened carefully to what we wanted, nice, professional, and guided us to a perfect choice of carpet and pad. Smooth transaction, their installer was best we ever had in the 50 years we have lived in our home,( we have had many) and a fair price based on the quality of the carpet and the size of the project. Delivered an outstanding experience from start to finish! Jeff, the owner, runs a fantastic business with an amazing crew, and was always professional and supportive. Mike, our main customer service contact, handled every challenge with professionalism and thoughtful solutions, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.
The delivery and installation teams were excellent — everything arrived on time and was installed beautifully. The quality of the cabinets and countertops exceeded my expectations — everything looks absolutely gorgeous and is clearly built to last.
Even though I faced some horrible project challenges unrelated to their work, they remained incredibly professional, reliable, and supportive throughout.
I will be finishing the rest of my house soon and will absolutely be using them again for future projects.

“Absolutely the best cuffs service I have had in years. My sink fell in the cabinet.. Whomever originally installed it only used glue. I came here and they showed me how to install the straps, bent them for me etc.. Super nice staff. When I am looking for a replacement counter this will be the place I go.”
