“Enrique and Idalia helped me resolve some issues with a horrible experience I had at a different AT&T store. I learned I was working with was a 3rd party vendor. I just thought all AT&T stores were the same. I was switching my whole family from Verizon to AT&T and I know now I would have received a better deal, service & transparency if I would have initially gone to this corporate store at fashion place. Although I am still being charged on my initial bill for devices I ended up returning and shouldn't be charged for, I am grateful for Enrique and Idalia for making a frustrating and horrible experience a little smoother in the end. “Don’t remember the name of the gentleman that helped me and my girlfriend, he was you get and a college athlete. But nonetheless, excellent service! We came in with about an hour left before close and he made sure we got the best service. He was patient while we obtained the account number and transfer code from our previous provider and asked personal questions about us. Great service all around!”

“My husband had a very bad experience with the cricket store in West Valley off of Redwood Road. He purchased a phone there and then the next morning went to return it because it had some issues. he arrive to the store at 10 AM when they were supposed to open. the store open 35 minutes late and there where people waiting outside the store. the lady that walked in was the manager. She told my husband that she could not help him, and that he needed to have it returned by the person that sold it to him. After calling around to different stores, I found out that each store is a franchise and there’s usually like four stores within each franchise. We were able to take it to a different store and have them return it. We also called a different franchise, who helped us put in a complaint to corporate for the manager who works at the one on Redwood Road. The customer service was the worst not to mention she late to work. I can understand having a bad morning, but to turn customers away no I don’t think so! That was terrible customer service not only Was she late opening the store, but she was rude and was unable to help. But let me speak highly of the one over on State Street in Murray the girl that I was able to help us apologized To us for the way that we were treated at the store on Redwood and was quick to get us taken care of!! Go to the store in Murray.”

“Place is packed all the time. People working are very helpful and prompt with your appointment. Always fixes whatever issue we are having with the phone or iPad or laptop. Store is clean and well stocked. It’s located just south of Nordstrom inside Fashion Place Mall. Parking is always hard. It’s always full! Go early if you can.”
