“Just spoke with Nate the manager of the store just as I was finishing being serviced by Wes and had to explain in certainty how phenomenal of an employee Wes is and how I believe he deserves a raise not only because he did such a great job but because I have the experience in customer service myself of about 3 years and I helped improve training for Geek Squad and AT&T Advanced Tech Support so I definitely have the experience to declare this young man deserves a raise if you want to make sure Verizon is spot on with customer service. I was blown away by his age, I assumed youthful by appearance but vastly experienced by knowledge and ability.If you're looking for a phone that's right for you, Wes is the best to ask and exceeded my expectations above and beyond. I don't always leave a review, but when I do it's for a significant reason to ensure my community is granted prevalent feedback for customer service. It was a dream I accomplished when I was younger to work for the companies I mentioned above but it was all phone service, I couldn't imagine how difficult it would be to be well dressed each and everyday, great hygiene, and most of all providing excellent quality customer service. I mentioned the things I look for in regards to customer service over the phone for (AER) Acknowledgement, Empathy, and Reassurance and I also spoke with Wes over the phone before arriving and he's phenomenal.I got the Samsung S23 Ultra today and I'm most definitely estatic and well taken care of for all of my needs.Wes, thanks again for your help and have a happy new year. #2024????”
