“Just spoke with Nate the manager of the store just as I was finishing being serviced by Wes and had to explain in certainty how phenomenal of an employee Wes is and how I believe he deserves a raise not only because he did such a great job but because I have the experience in customer service myself of about 3 years and I helped improve training for Geek Squad and AT&T Advanced Tech Support so I definitely have the experience to declare this young man deserves a raise if you want to make sure Verizon is spot on with customer service. It was a dream I accomplished when I was younger to work for the companies I mentioned above but it was all phone service, I couldn't imagine how difficult it would be to be well dressed each and everyday, great hygiene, and most of all providing excellent quality customer service.
