“Post oil change to check on a leak I was told I had. I have a 2002 Subaru legacy outback. Too many leaks and missing gaskets to repair. Time to put it to rest. They only charged me $25.00. They showed me with pictures exactly what was happening and the cost to replace which was more than car worth. I appreciate their honesty. I have been coming to Jones since the days of Bob Jones over in Millvreek. I trust no other place and will be bringing my new car here as well.”

“I had a unexpected timing belt tensioner noise that is a precursor to a timing belt failure that shouldn’t be ignored. They fit me in last minute to complete it in time during my workday. I expected a few seals to be replaced due to oil leaks, they said there was no issue and wouldn’t do anything. I appreciate the honesty and ease of establishing an easy working relationship.”

“Mike Flinn is outstanding, and Steve — his 2nd in command — is excellent as well. I genuinely regret not going to Flinn Auto Repair sooner. If they determine that there isn’t actually a problem, they don’t charge me. I’ve brought my car there at half a dozen times in the past year, for oil change, inspection, and mechanical issues and they only bill for actual work performed — I’ve walked out three times without having to pay anything because it didn't need fixing or it is too old of a car to get parts for. Car repairs are never cheap in general, but everyone at Flinn is kind, honest, and straightforward. That alone removes almost all worry and dread from the process.”

Maudi said he could get it towed to his shop and fix better and cheaper.. and he did. Saved me at least a thousand. Thanks again Maudi!”

“This shop is amazing and so under the radar. Can you believe it’s been around since 1928! Incredible service, quick work for a major service. My car’s timing belt tensioner was rattling I called and they took me in same day, replaced the belt, water pump at half the cost of the dealer’s price, all within 24 hours in and out. Thanks Mike!
