“Ace Auto has been the best to work with!! My usual mechanic shop closed with COVID. I was extremely hesitant with finding a new mechanic. After a lot of online research and reading the other reviews posted for Ace Auto (and other mechanic shops in the SLC valley) I decided to take my van in to them for a mechanical issue.I agree with the other 5 star reviews. “My appointment was at 10 am. They didn't start work on my vehicle until around 10:45 am. It took over 2 hours to complete the installation and order. I had been told it would take 45 minutes by the new front desk service agent. She apologized for the delay and another service agent took over when the work was completed; she was very knowledgeable and customer service friendly and helped me confirm that the product I chose was acceptable. They also offer a 30-day return/exchange, if dissatisfied. So far, so good. I like the Burt Brothers Bundle that they offer with the purchase. Other than the time delay, I'm a happy customer.”
