“My wife and I were on our way to Bryce and Zions when our Subaru engine decided to bite the dust. Our tow truck driver recommended us to Clarks Auto. We wanted to finish our trip and asked Clarks Auto if we could have our car towed in the following week. After finishing up our trip, we had our car towed in to Salt Lake to Clarks Auto. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful given our situation.
Devon at the front desk communicated so well with us. Letting us know what was happening with the car and were very transparent with what needed to be done to get the car running again. I've never worked with a mechanical shop that truly cares about its customers. That communicates so well and keeps you in the loop with what's going on. They're honest, straight forward, and do phenomenal work! Our car runs so smoothly now and have zero issues. If you're looking for an independent Subaru shop, that does amazing work, communicates well and goes above and beyond what any mechanic shop I've ever been to, go to Clarks Auto.”
“These guys are awesome. I had a wobble in one of my tires for a while and they figured it out! It might have been a basic thing for them to do-but as a women, he didn't make me feel small for not understanding that tires have weights! They looked all my tires over and found balancing problems in all of them! I also got an alignment and now my car drives like a dream. Will definitely be going back when I need new tires. Thank you!”

It was towed here and they were quick on replacing my battery and doing an inspection and informed me of other major issues. Unfortunately due to the situation I was in I was unable to get the repairs done at that time but I'm am extremely grateful for them letting me know so I could get the repairs done before it became an even bigger disaster!”

When I left I popped a seal and my ac was out again so I called let them know, they had me come right back and found the popped seal fixed it all up with no charge and I was good to go!

“I've been taking my car to Steve's for about a year, aside from how expensive car repairs generally are it's always a good experience. This last time I took my car in was especially good because of the front desk employee Jacqui. I was leaving to go on a road trip and noticed my back window was rolled down when I tried to roll it up I would hear a grinding sound, the window was cleary broken. In a panic I called in and spoke to Jacqui who told me to bring my vehicle in so they could take a look at it. When I brought it, the mechanics looked it at, I was told that they were going to need to order a part to replace the judicator. Jacquie went out of her way to get the part and have them fix it as quickly as possible. I thought I was going to miss out on my first night at my hotel but because of Jacquie's actions I got my car back before 4 PM when I brought in at 1PM, talk about a quick turnaround. I want to personally thank Jacquie and all the mechanics who helped get my car fixed. Thank you guys for your hard work you really came through for me.”
