Sam's Club Tire & Battery Center offers a wide selection of very good tires from good brands at very good prices, especially during sales. The tire experts are friendly and knowledgeable, providing good or great face-to-face customer service. They use state-of-the-art equipment for installation and offer members-only perks like free balance and rotation for the life of tires purchased there. They also perform services fairly for tires bought elsewhere. Customers report that the tires installed are consistently very new. The staff has been noted to proactively help customers save money. However, appointments later in the day often involve lengthy wait times, potentially taking over an hour and a half, with the shop frequently running behind schedule. While some employees are helpful, it is common to see others appearing unoccupied. Communication can be a struggle as phone calls are forwarded to a centralized call center, and it is often difficult to get an answer by phone. Regarding the overall store, the location is considered easy to get in and out of, though the entrance can be congested. The Scan & Go feature for shopping and at the gas pump is highly appreciated. A downside is that the store is often out of stock on staple items. General customer service outside the tire center is described as so-so, with employees who do not seem happy. The food court, particularly the pizza, receives negative comparisons. Customers also note that a failure to scan an item at self-checkout can result in a very negative reaction from the door greeters.
Got some new tires here, replacement was pretty quick. Unfortunately I also got a screw somewhere that same day and went in the next morning to see what they could do. Hunter was super helpful and got me set up with a brand new tire and had me on my way quickly after. Friendly crew and solid service, thanks

I love this store I come from out of town and this is the store I go to it's always clean dissociates are always friendly and very helpful

I bought tires and their service was very good. I had a tire that need to be replaced. Jim immediately took the tire and replaced it under warranty and brought my car to the front of the store when they were done. Great service!
