“Great shop, had exactly what I was looking for. Not many places in Utah have affordable leathers for women, helped me get fitted for the perfect size chaps and cut them to length, they sew on patches and have really nice leather appeal. I definitely recommend!”
“I wanted to purchase a pair of sunglasses for cycling. I wear contact lenses and need as much protection from the wind as possible for my eyes.
Two male employees helped me. One even took me outside to test the difference between regular and polarized sunglasses.
I also ending up buying a pair of the Meta AI sunglasses. They fit well and will be great for walks or bike rides so I can listen through the side earpiece speakers. I will also use the info, photo and video options.”

“Let me start this off by saying I hate malls and hadn't been in one for years, that is until I discovered Freebirds! I started going to Fashion Place mall because of Freebirds and now I can't imagine not going. The staff is amazing! Kiley and Allie are wonderful, as are the rest of the gals! They treat you like family. I've bought more shoes there than I care to admit and I love them all! I feel so lucky that we have two stores in Utah! They are the perfect example of what customer service should be! Their boots are so well made and not like anywhere else!”

“Had some return to do my husband and son came and my son mentioned he wanted new shoes we showed up late. 15 mins before closing but 3 stores turned us down even though we showed up before 8pm. All of the employees welcomes us in even me I showed up after 8pm they were so helpful and didn’t seem in a rush to get us out. Well enjoyed my stop by”

“Mari did an excellent job fitting my grandkids and ordering other shoes we needed. The store was crazy when we were there. Mari was dealing with 5 people at the same time. She definitely good a multitasking. I couldn't do her job. Employees like this are hard to find.”
“Due to my own fault, I arrived at 10 minutes before closing time and was frantic to buy some pj's for grand kids that I needed to mail the next day. It was 15 minutes after closing when I left. The two clerks could not have been sweeter or nicer to me. I feel awful for making them work over time, but they never made me feel like I had imposed on them. Wow!!! I love how cute and well made the clothes are! I love the prices, they are so affordable for this grandma of 20 grand kids. I also love Osh'Gosh styles and quality! I was way impressed with these two clerks! They are great representatives of your company! Quality goods and quality people!”
