“The place is very clean and tidy, the service is very good except for the membership service. I paid my membership and went to pick up my card the same day, the person who helped me was super friendly and efficient, the next day we went to pick up my husband's card. So we arrived and they took care of us immediately, the lady told my husband that my payment for the membership purchase had not passed, strange because I had my membership card already printed from the day before and according to the policies I have the right 2 cards, one for the membership holder (me) and the other for another person (my husband). We explained and even so the manager was a little strange with my husband. So I better told him that we should go buy some things at the store and when we left I told him that we should try again and sure enough, another person helped us and was very friendly and immediately gave the card to my husband. It was our second time in this store and it was not one of the best experiences but I would still return for the location”

“We got rejected for delivery at receiver because of trailer mechanical issues, called dock to dock for help and they got us unloaded in 30 minutes. We set an appointment for following day at 8am and these guys finished delivering the load for us, no storage pay overnight just because it was Christmas and wanted to help us out

“I got the Organic Cotton Zip bed sheets and the Franklin XL blanket. Both purchases came earlier than expected. I am super happy with both products. The cotton sheets do get softer with each wash.
Only complaint I have is; the quality of the zipper on each pillow case could have been made with better material. It’s not easy to zip close once fully unzipped. However, I do like that the zipper is on the horizontal side of the case. That was a nice surprise!”

Camille shared with me how she had only been working for San Francisco design for a short time when the pandemic hit and she was quite worried she was going to get laid off but she said that the store kept her working throughout the pandemic. “Straight forward process. If you have a mattress/electronic pick-up, don't waste effort going through the front door, just go to the back at door #1, ring the bell, and have your receipt ready with a photo ID.”
“As for location..it's very challenging backing up..not.much space for wiggle room but very doable..staff there was more than 5 star rating..they will help you out backing into the door because you will need to back up from the street..unloading was great...just sat down to eat my meal when they knocked on my window and said I was done..lmao..”
“Often our company tells us loads here are preloaded drop n hooks but they aren't because my company is terrible about giving them trailers to preload. But my last visit they actually did have trailers. They had me drop mine in one dock then stage in front of a trailer in another dock. And yet, I arrived at 2000 for a 2200 appt and they gave me paperwork around 2330 so either way drop n hook really doesn't mean anything. You can show up whenever as far as I can tell and park on lot and wait but don't expect loads to be loaded early.”

“Rinchem is a regular customer for us. Great place to deliver. This particular location is easy to get to usually, but construction on nearby streets has added a little challenge. The docks are relatively easy from the street, sight or blind side depending on which way you choose. The staff here is absolutely great .”

“Don't understand all the bad reviews...my experience with them in the last 2 days was top notch. We have an oak pedestal table and 10 chairs purchased in Summer of 1995- now 29 years old had some use on a regular basis. One chair needed repair to a back strut. Took to their location , was welcomed by the ops manager, and the chair was repaired in a day-so well in fact- you can't tell where the problem was. Highly recommend these folks!”

“I love CostCo business centers. They have more of what I want without forcing me to buy all different varieties of flavors and things that I don't. I did notice one thing about this particular CostCo in comparison to the CostCo nearest me. This store sells clothing items, yes, but not as much as the one near me. I was happy to find that they have warm jackets, a nice variety of them. I really needed it at that time. I'd come to visit Utah to see family friends. I knew it would be cold. I brought a very nice heavy sweater but I didn't think that I'd be so allergic to their dogs. I wore my sweater but it came home with me completely smothered in dog fur. I was dying. So, making the choice to get the jacket was best. I was able to brush it off and not worry about it so much. I bought a nice Nautica jacket for $39.99, in comparison to $186+. Yippee. This is the 2nd largest CostCo in the nation. It is the largest in the contiguous USA. The one in HI is the largest. They didn't have samples. They did have self check express lanes for check out. That was nice. The parking lot here was so full and so busy. I loved how clean this store was. I wish mine was as clean. Their food items I thought would be different from my store back home but they were not. Somehow I expected more but was more than happy to have seen what I did. I doubt I'll be back anytime soon but this was a fun trip. I like wandering the aisles. Eh. Cool beans.”

“The Murray Costco is great! I mean it’s obviously crowded and parking is insane but as far as Costco’s go, it’s top notch. I think the size is perfect and they always have a great selection of everything. People are friendly and the food court (which I obviously visit often) is always amazing! I recommend the hot cookie and the cup of ice cream. It’s a great combo. My only complaint is that there is no smaller portion of ice cream. It outlasts the cookie by a lot. But that’s a general Costco problem. Not specific to Murray at all.”
