“Some times there is a long wait. They are really busy. Today I pulled in was assigned a door and they were unliading me within minutes. All staff is pleasant that I have encountered. I dont mind delivering here at all. Always a good experience.”

“Don't understand all the bad reviews...my experience with them in the last 2 days was top notch. We have an oak pedestal table and 10 chairs purchased in Summer of 1995- now 29 years old had some use on a regular basis. One chair needed repair to a back strut. Took to their location , was welcomed by the ops manager, and the chair was repaired in a day-so well in fact- you can't tell where the problem was. Highly recommend these folks!”
“Rinchem is a regular customer for us. Great place to deliver. This particular location is easy to get to usually, but construction on nearby streets has added a little challenge. The docks are relatively easy from the street, sight or blind side depending on which way you choose. The staff here is absolutely great .”
“Well, everyone was nice enough. The only issue I've got is that the location has a few business along side, at the same address, so when checking in, the dock manager told me to back up to door 10. Well, they're are 3 doors with the number 10 on them. The ONLY difference is that THEIR door 10 is YELLOW, so look for the YELLOW 10 on their dock. It's directly next to the shipping/receiving entrance.”

“Not a difficult place to find GPS will take me right to it. The only hard part is once there, where do I go? Their campus consists of several buildings on both sides of the street. At this point I am on my own, the GPS has done its part or so it thinks. Make sure if you are going there you get details of what bldg and what number.”

“I love CostCo business centers. They have more of what I want without forcing me to buy all different varieties of flavors and things that I don't. I did notice one thing about this particular CostCo in comparison to the CostCo nearest me. This store sells clothing items, yes, but not as much as the one near me. I was happy to find that they have warm jackets, a nice variety of them. I really needed it at that time. I'd come to visit Utah to see family friends. I knew it would be cold. I brought a very nice heavy sweater but I didn't think that I'd be so allergic to their dogs. I wore my sweater but it came home with me completely smothered in dog fur. I was dying. So, making the choice to get the jacket was best. I was able to brush it off and not worry about it so much. I bought a nice Nautica jacket for $39.99, in comparison to $186+. Yippee. This is the 2nd largest CostCo in the nation. It is the largest in the contiguous USA. The one in HI is the largest. They didn't have samples. They did have self check express lanes for check out. That was nice. The parking lot here was so full and so busy. I loved how clean this store was. I wish mine was as clean. Their food items I thought would be different from my store back home but they were not. Somehow I expected more but was more than happy to have seen what I did. I doubt I'll be back anytime soon but this was a fun trip. I like wandering the aisles. Eh. Cool beans.”

“This facility is great for drop & hook pickups. It is all I do with them now. I don't know if they have gotten any better with their live loads, but back in 2022, I did quite a few of them and let's just say that they were not done quickly. I spent up to 5+ hours waiting for loads to complete. I will give 5 stars for the work they are currently doing for me now.”

“Worker that helped me was very polite and helpful!Added photo with hours and phone number for pickup since it's nowhere to be found online. If customer service sent you to pick up your package I'd call ahead! 2 of my 3 packages were in a truck by the time I got there so I was only able to take the one that was "on the floor". Keep in my they have thousands of packages, especially during the holidays so be kind and patient to workers!I always have issues with FedEx but this high rating review is for the worker that helped me and not FedEx as a carrier.”
