“Fantastic people work at this place. I had a failing battery on a road trip to death valley and stopped at this location given the great reviews I found on google.
The staff was incredibly helpful with the situation. When we replaced the battery, the immobilizer was set and the car wouldn't start. The staff tried to assist even after the store closed, went way above and beyond.
So happy I stopped at that location.
Luckily the car was standard so we could get it startrd by push start. After getting home to salmon arm British Columbia we had a locksmith figure out the complicated immobilizer system after 3 hours.

Randy the assistant manager went above and beyond and put them both in for me since my husband was out of town. And I wasn’t going to be able to put the big, heavy batteries in my truck. They are one of the reasons living in a small town is the best.”
“I had a wonderful experience getting my car fixed at Bert’s. I was on a road trip from Arizona to Canada and got in a car accident 10 miles south of Nephi. Very stressful situation but Travis and Clark and everyone was super professional, kind and patient answering all of my questions and explaining the process. So nice of them they even drove me to and from the rental car location in Spanish forks and I was able to complete my trip as they were repairing the car. I’m back in phoenix now, car works great. I pray I never get in a car accident in Nephi but if I do I have complete trust in Bert’s!”

“I ran out of diesel today right out side of nephi called these guys and they picked up the phone right away and showed up with a enough diesel to get me to 1/4 tank of fuel and back on the road to the next gas station.”
