“Fantastic customer service! Very intelligent employees here. I have been looking for door panel retainer clips for about a year now. They didn't have them in stock but had them for me the next day! Also tried to find another interior door panel part that I need to replace. Couldn't find that one but those clips were enough to win me over. I'll probably shop here from now on. I was a devoted AutoZone customer for many years. Lately they have fallen short on customer service with me. So I will now be frequenting this location! Thank you for the great service O'Reilly's!”

“I stopped into O’Reilly’s in the middle of a rainstorm to grab some new windshield wipers, planning to just install them myself at home in my garage. When I checked out, Chris asked if I wanted him to install them right then. I told him no because I didn’t want him to have to go out in the pouring rain, but he insisted and said, “Come on, let’s go outside and get it done.”
He went out in the rain and quickly installed the wipers—it would have taken me twice as long to figure it out on my own. Chris went above and beyond with his service, and I really appreciated his kindness. It turned what could have been just an ordinary stop for car parts into a true wow experience.
