If you ever walk into a Smith's you can see the anguish on these peoples faces from the continuous corporate abuse. As a customer I applaud these people for tolerating their management and still have the ability to work with the public. Smith's has declined over the past twenty years and now I can only hope they will reap what they have sow.”
