“Saturday morning class with Jeff was one of the best experiences of my life. I’ve never enjoyed working out, nor felt comfortable in a gym or class setting until FTR. Jeff made me feel so comfortable and capable and confident. I left feeling strong and grateful for my body, and ready for more opportunities to move and grow. FTR is welcoming, and I truly believe it’s a no judgement zone. Plus, they have skeeball. 11/10 recommend.”

“Parking was a bit of a challenge. That's the only setback. The center is incredible! I'm a genealogy nerd and have traced my lineage back to the 1500s. The work here helped to solidify that work and I was able to trace back even further.My wife is not into this stuff. Until she sat down and started working her family. She loved it! My 13 year was amazed and it created a new interest for him. VERY glad we went! I could spend days there. Loved it”
“I was invited by friends to host a meal for guests staying at the Ronald McDonald House. I must say it was an honor! We prepared dinner for an expected 75 guests and the kitchen and serving Instructions were very professional. Great kitchen! Well stocked with appliances, serving utensils etc. Some of the kindest people I have ever met. And such a nice building, with a lovely terrace and beautiful landscaping.”

“These guys are the absolute best !! I have had Red Barn move me multiple times, and they never disappoint!! They are so kind, so respectful! They are the hardest workers!! Tyson, Matthew, Mark and Dijon went above and beyond today and did more than what I asked of them on their own, they put my beds together for me without me asking them to. AMAZING !! One less thing I have to do!!They care about how they handle all of your belongs!! I will always use them to move and will refer them to anyone I know that is moving !! Love this operation and what they are doing! If you need to move, call RED BARN they will not disappoint !!”

“We recently DJ’ed a wedding event here and this is really an excellent venue for indoor weddings, especially when you want your own catering. The stage was perfect for the ring ceremony, and we used the built-in sound system for that. Then guests went to the basement where they enjoyed “mocktails” and we provided music, while staff and outside catering set up dinner. We provided music for the dinner and reception and dance party and it turned out all beautifully in the art gallery. The location on Main Street in Bountiful just north of Salt Lake is easily accessible for travel.”

“There are times when in this place, they have a lot of food and variety. Lately is being lacking of food and variety. I guess that we should push the community and stores that helps with the stock. A new change and a great one. Trust here is not valid when people take advantage of that, so now if your family are 5 members for example, they will ask for ID"s off each one of them or you won't get it. Kudos to this step. Thank you guys for your help in times we need it.”

Celebrating 30 years in 2023, Salt Lake Mission is a non-profit church-based ministry to help our community transition out of poverty. They provide crisis intervention, counseling, and help folks with job placement.This year, they are holding the 8th annual "Mardi Bra" on March 8 to honor International Women's Day. Maybe providing former clients with well paying jobs and childcare? Ensuring we receive a UBI?I’m not sure how you’re helping your clients long term if you’re not heavily focused on the barriers that keep us from being independent: Lack of living wages and lack of universal childcare!Could you learn anything from Freefrom, on how you can help DV survivors- as well as how to treat employees? So you can actually retain them long term and serve your clients better?”
