I didn’t realize at the time that Ascent CU only had a few branches, otherwise I probably would have switched before now. I can remember a time when my previous CU was small with only a hand full of branches,. The one on one customer service that you would receive, almost felt like family. This is exactly the way Kaden at Ascent CU made me feel. The Roy branch was warm and inviting, and I was able to open my account, have all my questions answered and be on my way all in about 15 minutes. Way to go Kaden and the Ascent team. “We love this little branch. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. It can be difficult when the branch is closed on Mondays but we make it work but going to Kent's or online banking options.”
