Great experience! Ashlyn was a great service advisor. Got me checked in quickly and did a great job communicating with me throughout the process. Printer was down so I wasn’t able to get my inspection results.

This is the second time I’ve been to Ken Garff Nissan Service and both experiences were excellent. David Vega was my service advisor both times and he’s extremely thorough and attentive, as well as kind and helpful!! I highly recommend using this service department.

Jacob was quick to look at our car and didn’t make me feel bad about bringing our car in for a warranty item that another dealership didn’t want to do. He was always happy and smiling when we spoke. Definitely will bring our car back for regular maintenance as well.
