“OLD Navy is right. Every time I come here I am amazing at how much dust there is. I'll post the pictures of the dusty clothes. Great waiting area for trying on clothes. They even have chargers. Since things are really cheep others are not. Sales can Old Navy can suck you in.”

I can’t thank these two enough for the hard work and dedication and going above and beyond! “Came here a few days after Black Friday, and I was extremely indecisive. The two young men working that day were helpful, patient, and continued to change oury clothes and open dressings Rooms for me even though I had been there for over an hour trying things on.”
“Excellent customer service here. My fiancee accidentally left her purse in a dressing room and they were so on the ball they had it locked safe in the back for her. They were so kind and brought it up to the register when we were ready to check out and realized she forgot it. My only wish is that both cash registers were open like in the women's and men's departments and that the men's stuff went on as much sale as the women's but that's more a corporate issue than this store specifically.”
“I rarely go to the mall these days. We got the help we needed when we wanted it and our gal even placed a special order for me because they didn’t have my size. It will be sent right to my house so I don’t have to come back and get it AND shipping was free! Can’t wait! ? Our gal was kind, courteous, and wasn’t trying to rush us even thought it was closing time. I’m sad I can’t remember her name though. (April 27th just before 9pm maybe you can find her based on the schedule) and I got the email right away, but it was in my spam folder so be sure to check there.”

“I’ve been coming to the Burlington in Orem for years, but lately it feels like it got a total glow-up. The place is spotless, the vibes are great, and everything just looks so put together—like the store finally had its morning coffee and got its life together. ?
Word on the street was that there’s a new manager named MaKayla, and let me tell you—she’s the real deal. Met her the other day and it all makes sense now. Super kind, sharp, and clearly knows how to run a tight ship. You can tell she genuinely cares, and it shows in how amazing the store looks lately. 10/10 recommend checking it out!”

“Great place to shop - look for the deals isle for steals. Usually deals here are misleading (for example the sign will say they will have $10 tee shirts, but it really in the fine print it means the second one you buy you get for $10). Good selection of tshirts, vans, and pants for men.”
