“I have always really enjoyed the customer experience at this particular Hot Topic location. But having been helped by Kris, the manager, has made me a loyal customer! I called ahead to check on an item availability, and Kris was more than happy to make sure I found what I wanted, gave me multiple size options, and answered all of my questions with so much patience. Then when I came in, she continued to go above and beyond to help me find what I wanted and get the best possible deal. Even watching her interact with her team and other customers, I could tell she is a fantastic manager! I walked away with more than I came in for and I couldn’t be happier. Will definitely be back!!”

Nothing is ironed or looks like it was given a ton of thought before hanging. But again, you get what you pay for. And it's always packed in here-so enough people like what they have to offer!”
