She was knowledgeable, attentive, and went the extra mile by letting me know that the Bronxton fragrance can be shipped to New York for my family. (Who would happily bathe in it if they could)

“The cashier here helped me immensely, I’m so sad I didn’t catch her name, she was phenomenal!! I was turned away by the manager in Farmington HM, Farmington refused to assist me with a return; and this location in south town went above and beyond to assist me, they were so kind here, i appreciate how kind cashiers are in this location!”
“I absolutely loved the customer service that I received here. I was made to feel very welcome. I was able to find a pair of shoes that I wasn’t able to find anywhere else I went. Also when they didn’t have a shoe in my size rather than bringing me a different size they thought I “would” buy they simply told me that they were out of my size and let me ask for a different size. Because I have social anxiety so bad just making me feel so unpressured to buy helped me so much. Also might sound silly to most but the fact the employees complimented me on my shoes I was wearing and admiring my tattoos really made me feel like I didn’t make a mistake coming in here to shop. Also thank you to the employees for laughing with me when I realized my wife had my card in another store haha.”
