I've come to this location twice and have interacted with the store's general manager both times. She was friendly and provided excellent customer service. I'm so grateful to have a J.Crew Factory in Orem!

What a great addition to the area! I wish I had the team-member’s name who helped me so I could give her a shout-out. She was awesome! She provided the right amount of help, she was well-trained, and very nice. The store is clean and has a great atmosphere.
