“Not a big fan of dealerships, but Oscar was extremely helpful, non-pushy, and was highly professional. I am always brooding about how scammy dealerships are, but they were down to earth, didn’t blow up my phone with obnoxious follow-ups, and gave me a lot of time to do my own independent research on the rebuilt/restored car I ended up purchasing. As an insurance adjuster, I was actually really impressed with the work they did restoring the totaled vehicle. All in all, if you’re looking for less expensive but still reliable options, I whole heartedly recommend talking to Oscar at Car Autos Utah.”

“If I could give these guys 100 stars I would. From the second I walked in Isaac was on the ball helping me with questions and answers. I’ll be honest, most dealers are like a pack of vultures jumping on you like a dead animal. I can’t stand it! This is the first time I’ve ever actually enjoyed working with a dealership. I go through cars pretty frequently, so do yourself a favor and go see Isaac if you’re looking for a vehicle. “This is not what I expected from a dealership. Derek and staff made the extra effort to move the car from Salt Lake to Orem. They went even further to accomodate my work schedule and take the vehicle to my mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection.
If they have a car you are interested in, give them a call and stop by. There is no pressure, upsells, or any of the dealership games (they list an out-the-door price) I was expecting.”

“Loved our experience with Curtis Auto, specifically with Jeff. Jeff talked us through the whole process of buying a car. We noticed a couple of things missing on the car we were wanting to buy, Jeff put it an order to get those pieces in. Jeff was very transparent about all of the numbers and made us feel taken care of. None of those outrageous dealer/doc fees. I do wish part of the vehicle purchasing was the customer leaving with a full tank of gas, we left with a completely empty tank (about 45 miles of range). Seems right by me to do that for a customer spending thousands on a car.”

“So far we’ve had a good experience with our used car from Medallion! Clean title, no rust, and overall decent shape. It needed a good cleaning which we took care of. The buying experience was good and didn’t have any of the typical fluff of dealerships with salesmen breathing down your neck trying to sell you a car.
We showed up, test drove it right off the bat, looked at it inside and out, and that was that. Negotiation wasn’t really part of the discussion which was fine since I knew we were getting a good deal.
Overall a good experience if you can’t stand the typical dealership experience. Friendly salesman and the owner was flexible with our needs.”
“I found a car on KSL they advertised for an awesome price because it had "hail damage" that was practically unnoticeable. I texted in the late evening figuring they would get back with me in the morning but they got back almost instantly and answered all of my questions and were willing to meet me at 8 am for a test drive. Office is in the basement of an office building with shared parking lot (not your typical car lot). He let me bring it to a mechanic which was a big deal to me and didn't care how far I drove as long as I had the car back within an hour. No pressure sales, Carfax was provided free of charge and the car was in very good condition. All fees that were included were very fair and he went over each one to explain why they were included. The new license plates came in 3 weeks. Had the title in hand to submit with all the paperwork. The new one arrived within 2 months. So far very happy with how smooth it all went. Would highly recommend.”
“Extremely honest and helpful. Clearly explained the fees ( which were fewer and much less than any other dealership) and worked with our credit union for the perfect payment! Our jeep had an oil leak develop a few days into the process and they sent it to a mechanic who fixed it up within a day or so! No leaks and the jeep looks and drives like new!Thank you for everything!”

And about 2 months ago I call The owner to ask if she have any car around my price range she was so great to go over all her inventory base on my price Range.
I have to mention I live in IDaho and the owner Lorena she have so much patient to go over all details of what she have available again base in my price range.
Ok I sealed a deal with her over the phone and she was able to hold the car for me Until I can make it down to Utah. I love doing Bussness with them because they are so honest about their dealings.
And their car is the most cleanest used car you can get in that area. And they took their time to go over everything single details. I’ll always go back to buy car from them because they are very honest and very knowledgeable about cars and extra details cleaning those cars before selling. Always great tires and breaks, buying car from Sunset Auto is Top Notch?????❤️??
