I have been going to this bank for several years not and since my first interaction they have been the perfect blend of professional and personable. They have gone the extra mile to help with complicated situations and have made themselves easily available when needed. I never feel rushed or like I'm just another person walking through the door. I'm greeted by name every time and treated warmly. I would rather go through the front door and take the extra time then use the ATM, I've never had that with another bank. Banking is a necessity in this day and age, the folks at the Orem USBank make it something to look forward to.”

Loses a star for me on the fact that the entrance to the parking lot is awful to enter if you're coming from the north, thanks to traffic and the lack of a safe traffic median as it's taken up by an opposite-direction turn lane. And the parking lot is not in the best condition when you leave either, so I guess always try to come from the south and watch out for potholes.”
“Had a positive customer experience with Joe. I was trying to send $ overseas. All went well until I was told I had to have a conversation with a WU rep about fraud. I called ...the wait to get a human was too long...and finally talked to Joe. Essentially he asked me how sure I was about the recipient. Members of my family have been snared before by scams, so I was grateful that WU is making an effort to catch misfortune before it happens. Joe spoke well and professionally.”
