Worst bank around, closing branches without notice, asking for ID for a cash transaction, although closing branches the CEO got a big raise

Passed from teller to banker to be left waiting for over an hour and never was able to get the issue resolved this bank is a joke recommend taking your business elsewhere

I went in for a notary and there seems to be only one person that can do anything in that branch so they couldn’t help me. I think that we have a micromanaging problem. The workers all looked confused and scared. I won’t be coming back to this particular branch again.
