Zions Bank Orem provides excellent customer service, with many customers very pleased over decades of use. The private banking service is particularly loved. Staff are noted for being sweet, helpful, and knowing just what customers need, even assisting with complex transactions like multiple deposits after hours. Managers remain very professional and cooperative in resolving problems, restoring customer confidence. The branch is commended for handling issues in a timely manner.
Not sure all the hate comes from on all these reviews. I’ve used Zions for over 30 years now and have several dozen accounts. Love them… Their customer service, and private banking in particular is the next best thing to sliced bread.

Excellent customer service. Came in 30 minutes to close with 50 separate check deposits. And Jack even stayed after hours helping me deposit everything. Thank you so very much Jack.
