I didn’t realize at the time that Ascent CU only had a few branches, otherwise I probably would have switched before now. I can remember a time when my previous CU was small with only a hand full of branches,. The one on one customer service that you would receive, almost felt like family. This is exactly the way Kaden at Ascent CU made me feel.
