I sat in the branch for over an hour without anyone asking me any questions. Just waiting while the employees typed away on their computers. If you have all the info you need, why do I need to wait so long? Especially considering you email the applications for signatures now. That’s awesome!”

“I would like to commend Kennedi at the Provo America First Branch. I needed to make a deposit and get a new debit card. I was a victim of fraud. Kennedi was able to process a new card for me on the spot. Then she went the extra mile and showed me how to lock my card when it is not being used. It is an app on my phone. She further told me that I should consider getting a Credit Card through America First, and the reasons why it is more beneficial in times of fraud. I appreciated her going the extra mile in pointing out things that are going to be helpful to me. What I really appreciated was her greeting me with such kindness and a great smile.”
