“We recently switched from Verizon to T-Mobile, and our experience was fantastic! We arrived at the store 20 minutes before closing (I know we are jerks!), we really just wanted to know the process and we offered to come back the following business day but Dani and Gio insisted on staying and helping us complete the switch and stayed until everything was complete. (Sorry to Dani's girlfriend!) They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process.
They got all five of our lines set up and took care of everything for us. The whole experience was flawless. We truly appreciate Dani and Gio going above and beyond to make the transition so easy. Highly recommend this T-Mobile team!”
